The breadth of functionality means that many small‑to‑large stables can consolidate admin, record‑keeping, and financial tasks in one web‑based system, which is often a big time-saver and reduces the risk of duplicate entries or lost paperwork. The tiered pricing and editions make it versatile: a small stable with a handful of horses can start with the Small Farm plan, while large breeding or racing operations can scale to the Enterprise edition with unlimited horses and custom support. However, the software seems limited in extensibility — there is no public marketplace or integration list, which means if you rely on other systems (e.g. for accounting, veterinary practice management, or third-party feed/inventory tools) connecting them may be difficult. Also, with English-only support and a cloud-only deployment, non‑English farms or farms without reliable internet may struggle.
