- +Price and quality great for it's functionalities, and looking forward to continued use in the future. Can use a few technical detail tuning, but overall great performance thus far.
- +Easy to navigate, visually appealing, user friendly, and very fast. Upkeep is one of the best applications I have had the pleasure of working with.
- −If there is no service then the app is useless to use.
- −When filling out the tasks on the app if you make a mistake and have typed to much you can't go back and correct it because it doesn't do it in paragraph form.
- −Requester's sometimes log out of it and forget what their password is.
- −I just risk that it was available to all departments without having to pay additional user fees.
