Pros & Cons

  • Its task scheduling feature is very useful. Its request and approval features are also very impressive and helped in promoting the efficiency of our maintenance team.
  • I am pleasantly surprised at how powerful and comprehensive the software is for the annual cost. The ease of use and simplicity are outstanding.
  • Price and quality great for it's functionalities, and looking forward to continued use in the future. Can use a few technical detail tuning, but overall great performance thus far.
  • Easy to navigate, visually appealing, user friendly, and very fast. Upkeep is one of the best applications I have had the pleasure of working with.
  • If there is no service then the app is useless to use.
  • When filling out the tasks on the app if you make a mistake and have typed to much you can't go back and correct it because it doesn't do it in paragraph form.
  • Requester's sometimes log out of it and forget what their password is.
  • I just risk that it was available to all departments without having to pay additional user fees.
