Pros & Cons

  • Great customer service team from the sales call all the way to implementation. Very powerful platform with a lot of great features.
  • I love that it makes it easy to keep good relationships with our customers. Yotpo helps keep us on top of our customer's minds.
  • We have been able to really get a good pulse on how our customers feel about our products. It also helps us make sure that our customers are happy with their experience.
  • I really liked how easy this was to integrate into our site and it had great functionalities. Plus it looked nice on the product pages.
  • When I manually upload, some photos with a portrait ratio end up looking skewed and distorted. There's no software solution for this, so I've had to just resize images on my own to avoid it.
  • YOTPO can be a little bit intimidating to dive into, but with a bit of effort you will be off and running.
  • When this happens, we get a lot of angry e-mails from customers asking what we are doing and telling us how incompetent we are.
  • There is no way to see what questions your colleagues are working with, and no way to make notes on a question or review.
