Pros & Cons
- There is really a lot I like about Archibus. The way it can integrate with HR systems such as WorkDay and other ticketing systems like ServiceNow have proven to be invaluable.
- Overall the experience with the product is good, it helps our staff easily manage and visualize many different aspects of the business.
- Selecting just the modules you need is a great value creator. The Space Planning module is a great way to get a clear insight on the room data you have.
- Occassional loss of functionality with the maintenance console and autocad integration is glitchy.
- The system as a whole just seems unconnected, ripe with problems and no one with resolutions.
- As of v24.1, there is no way to add or edit fields as a user, from within the client software.
